I’m a writer, educator, and embodiment coach. I have spent the past couple of years building a large essay audience on Medium, where a lot of my writing is framed towards men. I write essays related to my somatic coaching practice. I offer courses and one to one sessions to both men and women who want better, deeper relationships—without losing themselves.

I don’t write from a place of moral high ground—I write from the arena.
