This week I wrote a pretty in depth essay. It’s how I transform my own relationships. I think it is one of the core things that I help people do when their relationships are extremely stuck. The practice linked here just works.

It’s easy to tell yourself when there is a persistent conflict in your life that the solution is to red flag the other person or to minimize it and stop caring so much.

Both of those reactions are fear states.

If you can learn to just embody your no, your value center will emerge. When the conflict naturally comes up, you will speak from a place that feels located to the other person. You don’t have to understand this to practice it. The meditation will do the lifting for you!
